Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the establishment and implementation of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system by soybean product manufacturers, including terminology and definitions, general requirements, and document requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitary Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and the establishment procedures of the HACCP system.
This standard applies to the establishment, implementation, and evaluation of the HACCP system in soybean product manufacturing enterprises.
