Scope

This standard applies to the production, purification, transmission, distribution, storage, and use systems of blast furnaces, vertical furnaces, converters, coke ovens, gas generators, and gas from carbonization furnaces, as well as natural gas with a pressure not exceeding 12×100,000 Pa (excluding extraction and transportation) within the factory premises of industrial enterprises. This standard does not apply to: urban gas systems, liquefied petroleum gas systems, oil and natural gas field extraction and transportation systems, long-distance pipeline systems, military nuclear facilities, aerospace and aviation facilities, etc.
