Scope
This standard applies to the planning, feasibility studies, and engineering design of power energy metering systems at the provincial level and above; and the design of the power energy metering system components of power plants, substations, and converter stations with voltages of 35 kV and above. The main technical content of this standard includes: general principles, terms and abbreviations, overall architecture, the master station side, the plant and station side, information transmission and security protection, the relationship with other systems, and the power supply, clock, machine room, and other requirements of the metering system.
