Scope

Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, structure and classification, naming rules, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of acoustic chemical equipment. This document applies to the design, production, and acceptance of acoustic chemical equipment (hereinafter referred to as "equipment"). Main technical content: 6. Technical requirements 6.1 Appearance: All metal components shall be free from rust, paint peeling, or obvious scratches. All components shall be firmly connected without any loosening. 6.2 Electromechanical performance parameters: 6.2.1 Electromechanical performance parameters of experimental-grade acoustic chemical equipment shall comply with the requirements specified in Table 1. Table 1 Electromechanical performance parameters of experimental-grade acoustic chemical equipment Parameter Value Ultrasonic frequency (kHz) Nominal frequency ±0.5 Batch frequency deviation (kHz) <0.3 Maximum power (W) >90% of nominal maximum power Batch power deviation <10% Power self-adaptive automatic tracking Maximum temperature of acceptable medium (°C) 80 Insulation resistance (MΩ) >100 Vibration displacement (μm) 90–110 6.2.2 Electromechanical performance parameters of industrial-grade acoustic chemical equipment shall comply with the requirements specified in Table 2. Table 2 Electromechanical performance parameters of industrial-grade acoustic chemical equipment Parameter Value Ultrasonic frequency (kHz) Nominal frequency ±0.5 Batch frequency deviation (kHz) <0.3 Maximum power (W) >90% of nominal maximum power Batch power deviation <10% Power self-adaptive automatic tracking Maximum temperature of acceptable medium (°C) 80 Insulation resistance (MΩ) >100
