Scope

This procedure is applicable to the first verification, subsequent verification, and in-use inspection of lever micrometers and lever calipers of various specifications with a measuring range of (0~100) mm and an indication scale of 0.001 mm and 0.002 mm, as well as lever micrometers and lever calipers of various specifications with a measuring range of (0~200) mm and an indication scale of 0.001 mm, 0.002 mm, and 0.005 mm. (Lever micrometers and lever calipers are hereinafter referred to as lever gauges.)
