This part of XB/T 617 specifies the method for determining the oxygen and nitrogen content in neodymium-iron-boron alloys.
This part is applicable to the determination of oxygen and nitrogen content in neodymium-iron-boron alloys. The determination range of oxygen is 0.002% to 0.60%, and the determination range of nitrogen is 0.002% to 0.10%.
