Scope
This standard specifies the method for determining the content of impurity elements in high-purity gallium trioxide.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the content of sodium, magnesium, calcium, titanium, vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, nickel, cobalt, copper, zinc, tin, lead, and indium in high-purity gallium trioxide. The measurement range for each element is (1×10-6)% to (4×10-5)%.
