GB/T 13883-2023 Determination of selenium in feeds
Basic Information
Scope
This document describes the hydrogen generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry, fluorescence spectrophotometry, and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry methods for selenium determination in feed. The hydrogen generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry and fluorescence spectrophotometry methods are suitable for the determination of selenium in compound feed, concentrated feed, concentrate supplements, premix feed additives, and feed raw materials. The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method is suitable for the determination of selenium in compound feed, concentrated feed, concentrate supplements, and feed raw materials (except for mineral feed raw materials). When the sample amount is 1 g and the dispensing volume is 50 mL, the detection limit of the hydrogen generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry and fluorescence spectrophotometry methods is 0.01 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 0.02 mg/kg; when the sample amount is 0.5 g and the dispensing volume is 50 mL, the detection limit of the inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method is 0.01 mg/kg, and the quantification limit is 0.02 mg/kg.
