GB/T 15969.10-2023 Programmable Controllers—Part 10:PLC open XML exchange format

Scope

The application of the XML interaction format not only supports the simple export and import of projects between development environments, but also enables the export of all relevant project information, such as the coordinate information of graphical controls that may be required. The import tool should have a filtering function, allowing the selection of specific information to be imported into the target environment. Supplier-related information and attributes may need to be included in the exported file and selectively imported when applicable. This information should not affect the logical part of the program. The filtering process should be carried out during import, and suppliers should ensure that the extension of their XML schema files is designed to ensure that ignoring supplier information during import will not affect the functionality of IEC 61131-3 projects. In addition to the XML interaction format defined in this document, supplier-specific attributes and information can be added through supplier-specific XML schema files.
The format described in this document is used for the import and export of IEC 61131-3 projects, and such IEC 61131-3 projects may be incomplete projects that are still under development.
Regarding the exchange of graphical language structures between different programming systems, the focus is on the exchange of logical information with optional explicit graphics.
