GB/T 34413-2017 Service specifications for payment of employee basic old-age insurance benefits

Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the payment of basic pension insurance benefits for employees, including terms and definitions, benefit determination, benefit payment, qualification certification, information management, file management, service supervision, evaluation, and improvement. This standard applies to the payment services of basic pension insurance for employees provided by social insurance agencies, including the payment of basic pension insurance benefits for urban enterprise employees and basic pension insurance benefits for staff of government institutions and public institutions. Agencies and organizations entrusted by social insurance agencies to provide payment services for basic pension insurance for employees may refer to and apply this standard accordingly.
