Scope

This standard stipulates the basic principles of the business process of social insurance handling, social insurance registration, social insurance premium collection, social insurance benefit payment, personal rights and interests records of social insurance, transfer and continuation of social insurance relations, social insurance fund management, social insurance statistics, social insurance actuarial science, social insurance business archives, social insurance audit, internal control, consulting services, and process improvement. This standard applies to the standardization and optimization of business processes and the development and integration of information systems in social insurance handling agencies at all levels. Social insurance competent departments and social insurance handling agencies may refer to and implement it when designating, authorizing, or entrusting institutions to provide social insurance services in accordance with the law.
