本文件适用于测量封闭满管道内导电液体流量的工业电磁流量计。本文件涵盖采用交流 （AC）和脉冲直流（DC）两种励磁形式的电磁流量计以及由主电源供电、电池供电或者其他电源供电的电磁流量计。本文件不适用于插入式电磁流量计、明渠或者非满管使用的电磁流量计，也不适用于测量铁磁浆料或液态金属的电磁流量计。本文件没有规定在危险环境中使用电磁流量计的安全要求。
