Scope

This document specifies the classification and marking of stainless steel strands (hereinafter referred to as "strands"), order content, dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, and quality certificates. This document is applicable to stainless steel strands mainly used in building structures and decorations, which are composed of multiple round-section stainless steel wires (hereinafter referred to as "steel wires"). Stainless steel strands for other purposes can be used for reference.
