Scope

This part of GB/T 34530 specifies the basic types, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, product quality certificates, and batch inspection quality certificates for shut-off valves used in cryogenic insulated gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as "valves"). This part applies to shut-off valves used in gas cylinders with a nominal working pressure not exceeding 3.5 MPa, a design temperature of -196°C to +85°C, an ambient temperature of -40°C to +60°C, and a medium of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon, liquefied natural gas, carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, etc.
