Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits of synthetic ammonia units, the scope of statistics and calculation methods, and energy-saving management and measures. This standard is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption for enterprises producing synthetic ammonia products using high-quality smokeless lump coal, non-high-quality smokeless lump coal, various types of coal, and other raw materials, as well as the control of energy consumption for new projects, all of which are produced using different process technologies.
