Scope

This standard stipulates the basic principles, service models, qualifications, service content, service requirements, file management, and service evaluation for lawyers to provide government legal advisory services. This standard applies to lawyers and law firms (hereinafter referred to as "legal service entities") providing legal advisory services to people's governments at all levels and their working departments (hereinafter referred to as "administrative organs").
