Scope
This standard specifies the content and rules for determining the results of triplet paternity testing in forensic DNA laboratories.
This standard applies to all laboratories engaged in DNA paternity testing for triplet paternity testing. For special types of testing, such as single-parent paternity testing involving only the man being tested and the child, or kinship testing where both parents are suspected, this standard can be used as a reference.
