Scope
Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, operating environmental conditions, technical requirements, explosion-proof and fire safety, and testing of diesel reforming hydrogen production systems. This document is applicable to diesel reforming hydrogen production systems that can operate independently or online as emergency power supply for hydrogen supply under general or special environmental conditions; Main technical content: The China Electrotechnical Society Group Standard T/CES 121-2022 "Technical Requirements for Diesel Reforming Hydrogen Production Systems for Emergency Power Supply in Special Environments" was drafted by the working group of the Standard Working Committee of the China Electrotechnical Society and completed by Tsinghua University. The standard specifies the terms and definitions, operating environmental conditions, technical requirements, explosion-proof and fire safety, and testing of diesel reforming hydrogen production systems. It provides a normative basis for the use of diesel as a single supply chain for hydrogen production through reforming and purification under special environmental conditions, and fills the gap in standards for hydrogen production through reforming and purification using diesel as a raw material.
