Scope

This standard applies to the transportation of coiled steel goods with a diameter of 700mm to 2100mm, a plate width of no more than 2000mm, and a maximum weight of 30t in 20-foot platform-type containers. Other forms of platform-type containers and flat-type containers can be used for reference when transporting such goods.
