Scope
This standard specifies the energy consumption calculation method for urban heating systems, heat sources, heating networks, heating stations, and district heating pipe networks. The calculation method specified in this standard is applicable to the calculation of energy consumption during the evaluation of urban heating systems. This standard applies to urban heating systems that supply heat to buildings through a heat source and use hot water as the heating medium. Among them, the calculation of heat source energy consumption is only applicable to heat sources that consume primary energy.
