Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, general provisions, evaluation standards, and evaluation methods for the modernization evaluation of water conservancy projects. This standard is applicable to the management units of five types of water conservancy projects, including large and medium-sized reservoirs, water gates, pump stations (including cascade pump stations), irrigation areas, and levees of Class II and above rivers. Management units of small reservoirs, water gates, irrigation areas, pump stations, and levees of rivers below Class II may refer to and use this standard for reference.
