Scope

This document describes the principle of measuring the density of latex at temperatures ranging from 5°C to 40°C, and specifies the testing instruments, sampling procedures, test steps, result presentation, and the content of the test report.
This document is applicable to various natural latexes, as well as synthetic latexes, compounded latexes, and vulcanized latexes, and is also suitable for rubber water dispersions.
The temperature corrections listed in Section 8.2 of this document may not necessarily apply to all the aforementioned latexes.
