Scope
This document specifies a test method for evaluating the corrosion resistance of metal materials embedded in corrosive powders composed of salt, ash, and/or other solids, and exposed to high-temperature controlled gas environments. This document is applicable to high-temperature corrosion tests of metal materials that are fully or partially embedded in corrosive powders.
