This standard, based on the operational maintenance service capability model, specifies the conditions and capabilities that forestry information system operational maintenance service organizations should possess in terms of personnel, resources, technology, and processes. It also provides the content, methods, and results that service providers should deliver to clients when providing operational maintenance services.
