Scope
This part of DB31/329 stipulates the requirements for the design, review, construction, inspection, acceptance, and maintenance of security technical prevention systems in hotels and commercial office buildings in this city.
This part applies to hotels with more than 30 rooms (suites) or 50 beds in this city, as well as commercial office buildings with an area of more than 500 m2 (inclusive).
For the renovation or expansion of old buildings, rental housing, or existing buildings, the security technical prevention systems shall be designed and constructed in accordance with this part.
For large-scale rental housing, resorts, training centers, membership clubs, and leisure and entertainment venues, as well as hotels with less than 30 rooms (suites) or 50 beds, the security technical prevention systems shall refer to this part.
