Scope
This part of GB/T 15242 specifies the terms and definitions, designations, series numbers, markings, dimensional series, and tolerances of support rings used in the dynamic sealing devices of hydraulic cylinder pistons and piston rods. This part applies to polyacetal support rings, phenolic resin-reinforced fabric support rings, and support rings filled with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) used in hydraulic cylinder sealing devices with water-based or oil-based transmission media, with operating temperature ranges of -30°C to +100°C, -60°C to +120°C, and -60°C to +150°C, respectively.
