Color: Ivory white (fresh lilies)/ivory yellow (dried lilies). Appearance: Moderately mature, fresh, without rotting, deformation, or damage (fresh lilies)/moderately dried, without moldy, insect-infested, or scorched phenomena (dried lilies). Moisture: ≤70% (fresh lilies)/≤15% (dried lilies). Starch: ≥5% (fresh lilies)/≥15% (dried lilies). Protein: ≥1.5%. Hygiene indicators: The limits of pollutants shall comply with GB 2762, and the limits of pesticide residues shall comply with GB 2763.
