Scope
本标准规定了管形荧光灯用电子控制装置的性能要求。该电子控制装置使用在电压不超过1 000 V，频率为50 Hz或60 Hz的交流电源和/或直流电源，其工作频率不同于电源的频率，与其匹配使用的为符合IEC 60081和IEC 60901要求的荧光灯和其他高频工作的荧光灯。
注1： 本标准所述试验均为型式试验。不包括对生产期间的单个控制装置的试验要求。
注2： 对于诸如灯具和独立式控制装置等最终产品，已有关于电源电流谐波和抗扰性规范的特定标准。在这方面，灯具中的控制装置起主要作用。控制装置及其他零部件均应符合这些标准。
注3： 电子控制装置的数字可寻址照明接口的要求在IEC 62386中给出。
