Scope

This standard specifies the preparation procedures, system composition, and main contents of comprehensive emergency plans, special emergency plans, and on-site response plans for production safety accidents in production and operation units, as well as the information in the annexes. This standard applies to the preparation of emergency plans for production and operation units (hereinafter referred to as emergency plans). The preparation of emergency plans for nuclear power plants and other social organizations and units can be carried out in accordance with this standard.
