本文件规定了大容积塑料内胆碳纤维全缠绕压缩氢气瓶(以下简称“气瓶”)的型式和型号、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则，以及安装和防护、标志、电子标签、包装、运输和储存要求。
本文件适用于在环境温度-40℃~60℃下使用、公称工作压力不超过55 MPa、公称容积不小于450 L且不大于3000 L、可重复充装氢气的移动式塑料内胆碳纤维全缠绕气瓶。
