This standard specifies the parameter testing methods for infrared detectors (hereinafter referred to as detectors) and the requirements for their testing equipment and instruments.
This standard is applicable to the parameter testing of all types of single-element infrared detectors, as well as the corresponding parameter testing of multi-element infrared detectors.
