GB/T 19212.1-2023 Safety of transformers,reactors,power supply units and combinations thereof—Part 1:General requirements and tests

Scope

This document specifies the electrical, temperature, and mechanical safety requirements for transformers, reactors, power supply devices, and their combinations.
This document applies to the following independent and supporting stationary or mobile dry-type transformers, power supply devices (including switching power supplies), reactors, and their combinations in the safety field. Their windings may be encapsulated or non-encapsulated, and they do not form part of the distribution network.
Note 1: The differences between transformers, power supply devices, and switching power supply devices are as follows:
——For transformers, there is no change in frequency. However, transformers (such as constant-voltage transformers) may have an internal resonance frequency of no more than 30 kHz;
——For power supply devices, the internal operating frequency and waveform are different from the frequency and waveform of the power supply, and the internal operating frequency does not exceed 500 Hz (see Definition 3.1.17);
——For switching power supply devices, the internal operating frequency and waveform are different from the frequency and waveform of the power supply, and the internal operating frequency exceeds 500 Hz but does not exceed 100 MHz.

a) Stationary or mobile, single-phase or multi-phase, air-cooled (self-cooling or air-cooling), independent or supporting isolation transformers and safety isolation transformers, which have the following characteristics:
1) The rated power supply voltage does not exceed AC 1000 V;
2) The rated power supply frequency does not exceed 500 Hz.
