Scope

This standard applies to the construction quality inspection and evaluation of large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects within Anhui Province. Small-scale water conservancy and hydropower projects may refer to and implement it accordingly. This standard replaces the "Anhui Province Water Conservancy Project Construction Quality Evaluation Standard" DB34/371-2003 for civil engineering, stipulating the construction quality inspection and evaluation standards and procedures for water conservancy and hydropower projects in our province. When the project involves new technologies, new materials, new processes, or new equipment, the project owner shall organize the formulation of corresponding quality inspection and evaluation requirements and methods, and submit them to the quality supervision authority for approval. The construction quality inspection and evaluation of water conservancy and hydropower projects shall, in addition to meeting the requirements of this specification, also comply with the provisions of the relevant national and industry standards currently in force.
