Scope

This section includes technical reports on specific topics and historical information about CISPR (the Special Committee on Radio Interference). In recent years, CISPR has developed a large number of recommendations and reports, which are of great technical value but are generally not widely available. These reports and recommendations were temporarily published in CISPR Publication No. 7 and CISPR Publication No. 8. At the CISPR conference held in Campinas, Brazil in 1988, CISPR Branch A reached a consensus on the table of contents of this section, as well as on giving these reports a permanent place in Part 3 of this standard and publishing them for future reference.
