Scope
This document specifies the security requirements for mobile application software in terms of operating mechanisms, prevention of malicious behavior, and terminal function calls, and provides principles for determining the security of application software. This document applies to application software provided by Internet information service providers that can be downloaded, installed, and upgraded through mobile smart terminals, and also applies to the supervision, management, and evaluation of the security of mobile application software by competent authorities, third-party evaluation institutions, and other organizations.
