Scope
This document specifies the requirements for devices on the capability open platform, which mainly include device networking architecture, subscription management and access control, session management, routing management, billing management, system configuration, and security management. At the same time, it stipulates the functional requirements for surrounding network elements introduced by capability opening, as well as device performance and reliability indicators, disaster recovery backup requirements, and network management and operation and maintenance requirements. This document is applicable to the development and deployment of network capability opening functions in 4G/5G core networks.
