Scope
This document mainly stipulates the specific technical requirements for monitoring and intercepting international fraudulent calls on the network side, including: the overall technical architecture for monitoring fraudulent calls, requirements for network signaling collection, analysis of suspected fraudulent call behavior, verification of fraudulent calls, interception of fraudulent calls, and statistical analysis of fraudulent calls. This document is applicable to the scenario where basic telecom enterprises use international/inter-network gateway equipment to implement technical interception of international fraudulent calls.
