Scope

This document specifies the security capabilities of smart TVs in six aspects: hardware, operating system, pre-installed applications, third-party applications, network communication, and artificial intelligence services. It classifies the security capabilities of smart TVs based on basic security guarantees, implementation difficulty, and security capabilities, and formulates corresponding testing methods. The cryptographic applications mentioned in this document should be implemented in accordance with the regulations of the National Cryptographic Administration. This document only proposes technical requirements and testing methods for smart TV security capabilities and does not specify specific technical implementation methods.
