Scope
This document specifies the interface definition, protocol design, and parameter settings between capability-open devices and mobile Internet and industry applications, as well as between network elements in the packet domain, voice domain, and messaging domain. It also stipulates the interface technical requirements for implementing capability-open functions in the packet domain, voice domain, and messaging domain. This document is applicable to the development and deployment of network capability-open functions in 4G/5G core networks.
