Scope

This standard specifies the PCR detection method for equine rhinopneumonia virus.
This standard is applicable to the on-site inspection and subsequent supervision of equine rhinopneumonia during the circulation and entry-exit quarantine of horses. The one-step PCR detection technology is suitable for the detection of cytotoxic samples in laboratories; the nested PCR detection technology is suitable for the detection of clinically suspected samples and cytotoxic samples.
