Scope

This document specifies the determination of the content of calcium, aluminum, chromium, manganese, titanium, and phosphorus using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. This document is applicable to the determination of the content of calcium, aluminum, chromium, manganese, titanium, and phosphorus in silicon nitride iron. The determination range (mass fraction) of calcium, aluminum, chromium, and manganese is 0.010% to 2.00%, and the determination range (mass fraction) of titanium and phosphorus is 0.010% to 0.20%.
