Scope

This standard specifies the content, methods, and requirements for on-site inspection of AC circuits in 110 kV substations in high-altitude areas. This standard applies to new or modified/expanded conventional substation projects in areas with an altitude of 1,000 m to 5,000 m, and is used to guide on-site inspections of AC circuits before they are put into operation.
