GB/T 27698.3-2011 Test method for the performance of heat exchangers and heat exchange element—Part 3:Plate heat exchanger

Scope

This part of GB/T 27698 specifies the test methods for the heat transfer and fluid resistance performance of plate heat exchangers under the following test conditions: liquid-liquid without phase change, vapor-liquid condensation with phase change, and vapor-liquid evaporation with phase change (including semi-welded plate heat exchangers and fully welded plate heat exchangers).
The test fluids applicable to this part are liquid-liquid and vapor-liquid.
This part only considers the thermal resistance of the heat transfer plate material and does not consider the thermal resistance of dirt on both sides of the heat transfer plate.
The number of plates in the plate heat exchangers tested according to this part shall be no less than 7 plates.
