Scope

This standard specifies the tank sampling/gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for determining 65 volatile organic compounds in ambient air and air at unorganized emission monitoring points. This standard is applicable to the determination of 65 volatile organic compounds in ambient air and air at unorganized emission monitoring points. When the sampling volume is 300 ml, under the full scan (Scan) mode, the method detection limit of the target compounds is 0.2 μg/m3 to 2.0 μg/m3, and the determination limit is 0.8 μg/m3 to 8.0 μg/m3; under the selective ion monitoring (SIM) mode, the method detection limit of the target compounds is 0.1 μg/m3 to 0.2 μg/m3, and the determination limit is 0.4 μg/m3 to 0.8 μg/m3.
