Scope

This standard specifies the requirements for the completion and acceptance of meteorological construction projects, including the content, organizational work, basis, working procedures, application conditions and time requirements, financial settlement upon completion, main documents, handling of unqualified construction projects, and file management. This standard applies to the completion and acceptance of meteorological construction projects funded by central or local government funds, as well as those funded by other sources. However, it does not apply to projects entirely funded by local government funds, where local authorities have special regulations regarding completion and acceptance.
