Scope

For the manufacture, measurement, and monitoring of approved dangerous goods packaging, intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), and large packagings (LP), this standard provides guidelines for the applicable quality management requirements.
This standard is not a standalone standard and is only permitted to be used in conjunction with GB/T 19001—2008.
This standard does not apply to design type testing, which should be referred to in sections 6.1.5, 6.5.4, and 6.6.5 of the United Nations' Model Regulations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods [1] (hereinafter referred to as the "Model Regulations").
