The chapter of GB 19212.1-2003 is replaced by the following content: This part applies to transformers used in toys, with a rated power supply voltage not exceeding AC 250 V, a rated frequency of 50 Hz/60 Hz, a rated output voltage not exceeding AC 24 V or ripple-free DC 33 V, a rated output not exceeding 200 VA, and a rated output current not exceeding 10 A. This part generally does not consider children playing with transformers.
