Scope

This part of GB/T 27888 is applicable to the planning and design of drainage pipelines for grey water gravity systems:
—— weather-proof decks and non-weather-proof sealed compartments of ships and marine structures;
—— roll-on/roll-off compartments;
—— cargo holds;
—— swimming pools.
Note: The wastewater from areas where live animals are kept should be considered as sewage, and its discharge shall comply with MARPOL regulations. For sewage discharge, refer to ISO 15749-2 and ISO 15749-3.
