Scope
GB/T 39260的本部分定义了用例模板的结构、参与方清单和需求清单，及其三者之间的关系。本部分定义了用于不同目的的用例描述的标准化模板，例如不同标准化组织制定标准，或系统开发中的开发项目。
本部分适用于多领域多系统的一般应用。本部分以能源系统/智能电网为例，因为能源系统/智能电网为本用例模板的首先适用领域之一，此通用模板也可应用于能源系统之外的其他领域（例如智能家居或电动汽车）。
