Scope
This part of GB/T 18737 defines the geometric and positional tolerances of journals with and without shaft heads, namely the end-face runout of the side plates and the total runout of the shaft tubes, and provides the measurement methods for these geometric and positional tolerances.
The maximum tolerances and recommended residual imbalance limits for different types of journals are specified in the relevant sections of GB/T 18737.
